Update: "Meet, think and bake"
Dear all
Hoping to squeeze in our first meeting at the infamous bakery (yes, we'll bake) east of Pittsburgh, before Christmas. This is the place where I was an exchange student a million years ago and that I plan to use for some of our meetings. It's between Irwin and Greensburg, PA. No idea how many might find this interesting, but up to ten people sounds perfect for the space. We'll actually meet in the back of the bakery proper - and we will bake a bit using the vitage oven - just for fun and to mix things up. Also, to take something unique and christmassy home (Panettone).
I'm not sure of the date and cost yet. For those from out of state, there are a couple of hotels within a few miles (we can get you back and forth). Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and such. Hardly any AirBnBs here. We will start on a Saturday around noon (arrive in the morning) and be done by Monday around noon (leave in the afternoon). So, two nights.
Here are some options. Let's narrow them down in the comments (or, if you want, add to them).

Let me know what questions and ideas you have.
Thorsten
